Besides our beloved Freo Village Market we provide food stalls, and market stalls to quite a few of the best music festivals in our great state. Foodies have to work incredibly long hours at festivals and still keep smiling...like me, but its lots of fun and can be very rewarding. So if you wonder why you see Anna the lovely papusa lady at the Village Market and then again at Blues and Roots its because we love her simple, delicious, healthy papusa's from Sth America. Why would you put a hot dog stand in when we have Anna in our community! Anna lost her home last year to a fire and the only thing that survived was her papusa BBQ in the shed! She is an amazing woman who loves to laugh and loves community. Anna and her papusa's will be back at the Freo Village Market, every Thursday from the 6th October, along with all the other fabulous foodies and stall holders we love! I know my daughter will be very happy, papusa's after school is one of her favourite things.
